Bobcaygeon Physio & Rehab is a well-established physiotherapy clinic located in Bobcaygeon, proudly serving the community and surrounding areas—including Lindsay, Fenelon Falls, Buckhorn, Kinmount, and Dunsford—since 2015. Our experienced team is comprised of registered physiotherapists and kinesiologists who specialize in various rehabilitation techniques.

The clinic offers personalized rehabilitation services tailored to individual needs, aiming to enhance patients’ quality of life through effective treatment strategies. We treat almost all injuries and illnesses including pre and post knee replacements, hip replacements, shoulder repairs and post cast removal after fractures, just to name a few. Physiotherapy is an excellent supplement to massage therapy, chiropractic treatments and other treatment modalities. Services include manual therapy, laser therapy, ultrasound, TENS, vestibular rehabilitation, paraffin wax therapy, and more. Our clinic also features a medical fitness gym equipped with state-of-the-art HUR Strength Training equipment which helps support patients’ rehabilitation journeys.

Bobcaygeon Physio & Rehab accepts most extended health plans and accommodates MVA and WSIB clients.

Registered Physiotherapists

Our physiotherapists provide one on one care during each session. They will address the illnesses and injuries that limit a persons ability to move and perform activities in their daily lives. Our team has extensive knowledge and experience in providing successful rehabilitation services for patients of all ages.

Medical Fitness

This is not your typical gym! Engage in targeted rehabilitation exercises to aid recovery, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. Our expert registered kinesiologist will develop an effective exercise plan that fits your specific needs for optimal rehabilitation. Ongoing support and guidance is provided during every session.

Our Team

Saurabh Bhowmick, Registered Physiotherapist

Saurabh received his undergrad in 2007 from the KLES Institute in India, then completed a Masters degree in 2010 from Loma Linda University in California. Saurabh has worked in a variety of medical settings, and he worked in Texas in the long term care environment for over 10 years prior to moving to Canada. In 2022 he relocated to Orillia with his wife and family and has been with Bobcaygeon Physio & Rehab Clinic since 2023. His focus is on clients over 18 years old and he has significant success with post surgical rehabilitation.

Mohit Sharma, Resident Physiotherapist

Mohit Sharma completed his undergraduate degree in 2019 from Baba Farid University. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked for two years at Healing Touch Physiotherapy Clinic. He then moved to Canada to pursue post-graduate studies, which he successfully completed in 2023. Following this, he worked for two years as a Physiotherapist Assistant in a long-term care setting in Peterborough. Mohit successfully cleared the written component of the Physiotherapy Licensing Examination in November of 2025 and has since commenced work as a Resident Physiotherapist at Bobcaygeon Physio and Rehab. Mohit will focus on patients over 18 years old.

Jyoti Kapoor, Registered Physiotherapist

Jyoti has been a practicing physiotherapist since 2015, after graduating from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Jyoti has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including in hospital, private clinic, and home care. She has been with Bobcaygeon Physio for over 8 years and also provides physiotherapy to patients at Ross Memorial Hospital. Jyoti treats patients of all ages (including children) and specializes in medical rehabilitation and Vestibular Rehab.

Julia Ray, Registered Kinesiologist

Julia is our Registered Kinesiologist with 7 years experience of exercise rehabilitation. Julia works with patients of all ages, and has a focus on orthopedic injuries, and pre/post surgical rehab. She graduated in 2018 and has been with Bobcaygeon Physio & Rehab since 2020. Julia works in our Medical Fitness gym, helping patients maintain their independent daily activities, continuing their care, and improving their overall wellness!

Melissa Ryall, Office Manager

Melissa is a retired paramedic with a varied past of healthcare and non-profit work. She graduated with her bachelors of health sciences in 2022, then moved to Bobcaygeon with her 2 boys and their dog, Luna. Melissa joined the clinic in 2023 and assists clients with their fitness routines, ensures the clinic runs smoothly and focuses on ways to positively engage with the community.
