

How long does it take to get an appointment?
Generally, we have a 1-2 week waiting period for new clients. Contact our team and we can arrange for our earliest appointment possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. All cancellations and changes must be done with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you miss your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for that scheduled appointment.
What are your physiotherapy rates?
The rates for physiotherapy are as follows:
Assessments: $110.00*
Treatments: $75.00*

Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, of course! We require 24 hours notice to change appointments. Feel free to contact us and we will make our best effort to accommodate your rescheduling requests!
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you are late for your appointment, the time remaining will be honoured as scheduled but we cannot extend the length of your appointment. You will be responsible for the full fee of the originally scheduled time.
Can I get a receipt for tax purposes?
Absolutely, you can! Reach out to our dedicated administration team and we can email or print a copy of all appointments for you.

Yes, we provide direct billing for most insurance companies, making it convenient for you to access our services. We also accept patients covered under MVA and WSIB claims, ensuring that you receive the care you need without financial stress. Do I need a referral from my doctor for physiotherapy?
No, for most issues, you don’t require a doctors referral to make an appointment for physiotherapy at our clinic. Some insurance companies may request a referral to be submitted to them in order to approve your claim. Please contact your insurance company directly for more information on your coverage requirements. We now offer OHIP covered physiotherapy for knee, hip & shoulder replacements as a part of the provinces new “Bundled Care Program”. For this treatment we will require a referral from your surgeon. Can I use my insurance for physiotherapy?
Yes, you can use your insurance for physiotherapy services at our clinic. Most insurance plans cover physiotherapy treatments, including assessments and rehabilitation sessions. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your coverage details.
Can you find out how much insurance coverage I have?
No, unfortunately we can’t determine how much coverage you have. All insurance companies vary and each plan has different allowances. We only see whether an appointment is covered after submitting the billing and can’t do so before your appointment. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your coverage details.
Do you accept OHIP?
We are excited to announce that we now accept OHIP funding for qualified patients having knee, hip or shoulder replacement surgery. For further information on OHIP funded physiotherapy, please review this website or contact us for more information. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept OHIP as payment for any other physiotherapy treatments at our clinic.
What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you will undergo a comprehensive assessment by one of our registered physiotherapists. They will discuss your medical history, evaluate your condition, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals. All assessments and follow up physiotherapy treatments are one-on-one and you will be cared for by the physiotherapist the entire time.
Are your therapists qualified and experienced?
Absolutely! Our physiotherapists are registered under the College of Physiotherapists in Ontario; and our kinesiologist is registered under the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced therapists who are dedicated to providing the best care possible. They continuously update their skills and knowledge to ensure you receive the most effective treatments available.
What types of therapies do you provide?
We offer a variety of therapies including manual therapy, laser therapy, ultrasound, TENS, IFC, heat/cold and paraffin wax therapy, all aimed at enhancing your recovery and improving your overall well-being.
How can I book an appointment?
You can easily book an appointment by calling our clinic directly or emailing us to inquire about our availability. We do not offer walk in appointments, so we recommend scheduling your visit in advance to ensure you get a time that works best for you.
How does direct billing work at your clinic?
Direct billing allows us to submit your insurance claims directly to your provider, so you only pay the remaining balance (if there is any). This simplifies the payment process and reduces out-of-pocket expenses for our patients. We handle the paperwork for you! We can direct bill to most insurance companies.
What if I don’t have insurance coverage?
If you do not have insurance coverage, we offer competitive rates for our physiotherapy services. An assessment is $110 and follow up treatments are $75, taxes included.
Are MVA and WSIB claims accepted?
Yes, we accept approved MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) and WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) claims. Our experienced staff will guide you through the process to ensure you receive the necessary treatment and support for your recovery. Please note: a claim must already be initiated to access these services.

What is Bundled Care?
The Ontario Bundled Care Program is an innovative care model that ensures patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care from surgery to full recovery! Bundled Care brings together hospitals, surgeons, rehab specialists, and care providers, working as a team to ensure high-quality care, reduced wait times, and improved recovery outcomes. This program allows us to offer post surgery physiotherapy at our clinic with no direct cost to you.
